I can reveal that Charlie Higson is taking a hopefully temporary break from Young Bond and is writing a new book set in a post-Apocalyptic London where kids rule (yeah!). Expect it out some time next year and, in the meantime, the fifth Young Bond book, Hurricane Gold, is out now. I can also exclusively reveal that Charlie is writing a new comedy series with Paul Whitehouse, his old Fast Show partner. For that one, stay tuned.

Ann Bryant and I conducted an event at the Queen’s Hotel, Cheltenham and it was a great success. A big hello to all the girls and boys and their parents who came along and I hope you’re putting all the tips and tricks I taught you into practice! Here’s a pic of Ann and I at the venue:
